Refund policy

Returns

We only accept returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items received. All returns are non-refundable. All returns will be eligible for exchanges made at later date per the customers convenience with store credit only. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and/or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We strongly suggest describing issue fully and uploading any photos so Pretty Bitty Boutique can properly process customers request.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for damaged, defective or incorrect items received. All exchanges are non-refundable. All returns made to Pretty Bitty Boutique are eligible for exchanges only. Exchanges can purchased at a later date with Store Credit. Store credit can be viewed within your customer account and will be available to use during checkout while signed into customer account.

Refunds
Pretty Bitty Boutique does not offer cash or monetary refunds for returns or exchanges, store credit only.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, Pretty Bitty Boutique gift card purchases, undamaged items, or correctly purchased and received items.

Customers are welcome to request a return for any exception to the rules outlined in this policy, any exception to the rules will be considered on a case by case basis and Pretty Bitty Boutique does not guarantee the exception request will be accepted. Exceptions to the rule may result in a fee to the customer such as but not limited to; restocking fee and/or a shipping fee.
